Incase you are requesting for Gorillacontact refund, $10 for setup will be deducted from the total amount. You can request for registered domain name transfer to your domain registrar thus saving $10.

If you need to file a complaint about a staff or if you dislike the way our staff has dealt with you or if our support staff has failed in giving you proper technical support on time , instead of filing the refund request, you can file a complaint about a staff in the second form below. and your issue will then be handled by our management directly.
